"The first five year (term) is usually when one is trying to understand the laws and regulations, understand how the Parliament operates while the following years, are for getting friends and trying to bring development to a constituency," he explained.
YAni hawa jamaa wanajifunza sheria za BUNGE kwa miaka mi-5!!what about half pay,or no pay at all for that time as well?!!
these people are not serious at all,TANZANIANS should LOOK at HAITI,it has been independent for over 2 centuries(over 200 years!!)now,BUT STILL VERY POOR.with these rate of current leaders,we are going to break the record for independence/development curve!
it is time that Tanzanians understand the party that brought them independence is not necessarily going to give them development.
with this kind of arrogance,a leader saying he is supposed to be given five years to study parliamentary laws and regulations,we will not get anywhere.
