Ligi netiboli yanoga Morogoro

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has admitted he does occasionally still receive the 'hairdryer treatment' from Sir Alex Ferguson.
Giggs has established himself as a United legend, having been a loyal servant at the club for more than 20 years.

He signed a new one-year deal to keep him at Old Trafford this week and, as such a stalwart, there is a high level of mutual respect between himself and Ferguson.
However, the 37-year-old knows that he can never afford to drop his standards or he will feel the full force of his manager's wrath.
"The relationship between myself and the manager has got closer, but there are still clear boundaries," Giggs explained in the News of the World.
"Players are more fragile now so the manager has had to adapt. The hairdryer doesn't come out as much but I have still seen him go crazy loads of times over last few years.
"He still loses it with me. The last time was at Fulham in August because I didn't take the penalty.
"Nani did, and he missed it, so we ended up drawing. Oh, he can still give it."
Giggs' staggering longevity is the result of a supremely professional approach and he is not looking forward to the day when he will eventually have to hang up his boots.
He said: "I will miss this life so much. Against Rangers in the Champions League at Ibrox this season I had 40,000 Glaswegians screaming at me, but I love it all.
"I walk over to take a corner and people are abusing me from all angles. I will miss that feeling, because it makes you feel alive."

Sub Carlos Vela rescued a point for West Brom with an injury-time equaliser in a 1-1 Black Country derby draw with Wolves at the Hawthorns.
On loan Tottenham striker Jamie O'Hara's stunning strike looked to have settled the game in the first half.
But, with seconds remaining, Wolves keeper Wayne Hennessey spilled James Morrison's shot and Vela, who is on loan from Arsenal, converted the rebound.

Wolves had been the dominant force in the opening 45 minutes as they made the most of their numerical advantage in midfield.
O'Hara looked sharp and on his current form Wolves boss Mick McCarthy looks certain to take up the option to make the move from White Hart Lane permanent in the summer.
Matt Jarvis also caused problems down the left flank while Kevin Doyle was his usual threat as the lone striker.
It was a different story after the break as Wolves dropped deeper and Paul Scharner started to exert his influence in midfield.
O'Hara made a determined run at the Baggies defence inside the first 30 seconds before his eventual shot was blocked by Jonas Olsson.
A ball over the top of the Wolves back four from Gabriel Tamas almost played in top scorer Peter Odemwingie.
But Hennessey was alert to the danger and was able to clear from the edge of his area.
Matt Jarvis was causing problems down the left flank for Gonzalo Jara and another probing centre was headed over by O'Hara.
Hennessey was called upon to make the first save of the game after 21 minutes but he easily dealt with Olsson's header from Chris Brunt's corner.
West Brom started to gain a foothold in the game and Scharner's glancing header from a Nicky Shorey cross went just past the post.
Marc-Antoine Fortune should have done better when he headed a curling shot from Graham Dorrans over the bar from close range.
Then five minutes before half-time a stunning strike from O'Hara put Wolves ahead.
Doyle won a free-kick when he was brought down by Tamas 25 yards from goal.
Albion were caught napping when Milijas squared the free-kick to O'Hara and his curling shot flew past the dive of Myhill into the roof of the net.
It was the on loan Tottenham player's first goal for Wolves.
Wolves had the chance to double their lead with a 4-2 numerical advantage on the counter-attack.
But Doyle hesitated, when O'Hara was free to his left, and was crowded out.
Jarvis wasted a golden opportunity to double Wolves' lead after 51 minutes.
Tamas made a mess of trying to head the ball back to Hennessey and Jarvis nipped in with only the keeper to beat.
But, from 10 yards, out he dragged the shot wide of the far post.
In a rare Albion attack, Henry lost possession to Odemwingie who released the overlapping Fortune but his shot from a narrow angle was turned aside by Hennessey.
George Elokobi then made a great block to deny Odemwingie at close range and Scharner shot over from 12 yards out.
Wolves were dropping deeper and Fortune should have equalised after 63 minutes.
Odemwingie headed the ball across the box to Fortune but, from six yards out, he failed to make any contact on his attempted shot.
Jarvis atoned for his earlier miss when he headed a near post Olsson header off the line from Brunt's corner.
Albion striker Carlos Vela was soon involved in the action and Hennessey beat out his shot after he cut in from left.
Tamas was relieved when he turned Doyle's low centre inches wide of his own post at full stretch with Ebanks-Blake unmarked behind him.
Then, with seconds remaining, Vela equalised for Albion after Hennessey spilled James Morrison's low drive.

Avram Grant has warned West Ham's rivals that the best is yet to come from in-form striker Demba Ba.
Ba completed his move to Upton Park from Hoffenheim last month after walking out on the German side, with whom he enjoyed two-and-a-half prolific seasons.

Grant was reluctant to throw the 25-year-old straight into action as he had not played since December 18, but a calf injury to Robbie Keane meant he was handed his first start against West Brom last week.
The 6ft 2in striker did not disappoint, scoring twice to help the Hammers rescue a vital point in a six-goal thriller against their relegation rivals.
He also impressed during a brief substitute appearance against Birmingham the previous week and is likely to start alongside Carlton Cole in West Ham's FA Cup fifth-round clash against Burnley on Monday night.
The Hammers have scored just 30 times in 27 matches this season but Grant thinks that Ba has the right attributes to make a big impact on the club's attempt to move out of the Premier League relegation zone.
"He is a very good player. I followed him for a long time in the German league," Grant said.
"He always scored, he is always moving. It is very difficult to mark him and he hits the target. That is what you want from a striker.
"Those are the most important things for a striker - movement and being able to hit the target - and that is what he did against West Brom.
"I think they cleared off the line from him twice last week.
"He can play anywhere - right, left, behind. He is good and he is not in the best shape yet because he had a break from December 21 and we are building him slowly, slowly."
Grant will be hoping to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup for the third time as a manager on Monday when the Hammers take on Eddie Howe's npower Championship side.
The Israeli made the last eight with Chelsea in 2008 and reached the final last season with Portsmouth before losing 1-0 to the Blues.

TRANSFER SPECIAL

Keep up with all the biggest moves around the globe with our 2011 January transfer gallery.

On both occasions his squad included a number of foreign footballers, and he insists that they understand the history and traditions associated with the competition as much as the home-grown players who grew up watching the competition in Britain.
"Demba is aware of the importance of the FA Cup, he knows about it," Grant said.
"Don't think only people in England know about the FA Cup.
"After we got to the semi-final last year I got calls from everyone in the world - everybody follows the FA Cup, more than any cup in the world.
"In other countries, cup competitions are not so important but here it is connected to tradition and everybody wants to be at Wembley.
"When I was at Portsmouth last year the players who came from other countries were even more excited just to be in the semi-final.
"They were so excited to go to Wembley. Wembley is the temple of football."
Grant is expected to field a strong side for tomorrow's match but admits a group of fringe players will get a chance to impress, mainly from the bench.
Benni McCarthy, who has been battling weight problems during a torrid 18-month spell at the club, had been tipped to start but he suffered a dead leg in a reserve match against Chelsea in midweek and could miss out.
Pacy 17-year-old striker Paul McCallum signed for West Ham from non-league Dulwich Hamlet on deadline day and has been tipped for greatness by Hammers co-chairman David Sullivan, who said his capture "could be the signing of the (transfer) window".
Grant admitted one "very young" player could feature on Monday.
When asked if he was thinking of playing McCallum, the 56-year-old replied: "Maybe."

Micah Richards insists he is happy to stay at Manchester City following a recent chat about his situation with manager Roberto Mancini.
The right-back has been in and out of the City team this season and was reportedly the subject of enquiries from Liverpool and Juventus in the January transfer window.

Aston Villa and Chelsea were also rumoured to be interested in the 22-year-old, who has forced his way back into the City side in recent weeks.
Richards revealed he discussed his situation with Mancini and is now feeling confident about his future at Eastlands.
"I *initiated the contact with Mancini," said Richards in The People. "I'd had a back injury and then I was on the bench for three games. I wasn't happy because I was fit, so I went to see him.
"I asked him what was going on *because I think I've been doing the *business this season. He told me to bide my time and then take my chance.
"Mancini makes it easy for you to speak to him. He has a tough side to him but, deep down, he is a soft guy. The chat only lasted about 15 *minutes but I'm pleased with how it went.
"Getting a place in the side is tough but Mancini told me that if I *concentrated more I could be a top defender and even a world-class defender.
"When a top manager says that, you have to start believing it. I do believe it because when I'm on top of my game I can match anyone.
"It's about maintaining your *confidence. Some of the times I was on the bench were because I was injured but other times it was down to personnel.
"It was frustrating and that's why I went to see the manager. I want to stay here, of course. There were a couple of links with Chelsea and Aston Villa but I have not heard anything myself.
"I am happy as long as I'm in the team at City but if I'm not playing then I would rather go somewhere else and play."

Wenger frustrated by cup draw

Arsene Wenger admitted a sense of frustration that Arsenal failed to kill off Leyton Orient after the League One side snatched a 1-1 draw.
The Gunners made 10 changes from the side which had beaten Barcelona in midweek, but lacked a cutting edge in attack before they eventually made the breakthrough when Tomas Rosicky headed in at the start of the second half.
However, Orient produced a late rally and substitute Jonathan Tehoue drilled home with a minute left to earn a money-spinning replay which keeps alive the dream of a quarter-final at Manchester United.

With an already congested fixture list - which includes next Sunday's Carling Cup final against Birmingham at Wembley - the last thing Wenger will have wanted was a replay - set for March 2 - just a week before they head out to Spain for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash.
"We have played the game with the right attitude and could not fault our fighting spirit, but you also have to give credit to Leyton Orient because they never gave up and fought very hard," Wenger said.
"As long as you do not score the second goal, that can happen.
"Overall it is a disappointment, but we are still in the competition and will now play at home.
"The most important thing is to go through.
"You had a match against a team which is technically superior, but fighting spirit has a chance."
Wenger, though, added: "The most negative side of our result today is one more fixture and in fairness that is not what we needed.
"We have had problems in the cups against teams from the lower divisions to finish them off, but also we have given a lot.
"Sometimes, mentally, a breather would not be bad.

"What people forget is that since the beginning of December, we have played every three days, so sometimes to have a week where we could give the players a little breather would not be bad."
Yet Wenger did not begrudge Orient their big night at the Emirates.
He said: "It will make their budget for the season, if not more, and to scrap that off would be a blow to all the smaller clubs in England.
"They suffer already, so you would not have a lot of supporters to do that (scrap replays)."
Orient boss Russell Slade was delighted with the result and his substitutions.
He said: "We didn't play our best football and I was disappointed we kept turning the ball over.
"I thought we were going to lose with a bit of dignity but the equaliser was reward not just for today. That's our seventh game in the FA Cup, we nearly went out in the first round, but to hang in there...it's the same in the league, it's one defeat in 21. You have to be happy with that."
As for his introduction of Tehoue, he added: "I just said to myself 'gaffer, you have got the substitution right again'."
"We have got four, five, six players on the bench who can make a difference.
"Tehoue hasn't scored a goal before the 85th minute and he has got eight or nine now."
