Floma Tours & Safaris is a Limited Company incorporated in Tanzania under the Companies Act, 2002. Being is located in Arusha city, deals with tours and safaris, mountain climbing, car hire and hotel reservation.
Currently, the company seeks to recruit qualified Marketing Assistant. The staff to be recruited will be positioned in Arusha city.
Duties and responsibilities
Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
Marketing products and services on local and international online platforms
Schedule appointments and meetings
Make necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales
Answer client’s questions or queries as arise time to time
Required skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English superior customer care services, presentation skills, understanding of local business environment, product knowledge, creativity, courteous, basic computer literacy (email, MS Word & MS Excel,), database skills, persistency and flexibility. Possession of valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Qualification and experience
Holder of certificate diploma in Tourism, Marketing, Marketing and Public Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any other relevant field from a reputable higher learning institution
A minimum experience of one years in executing duties mentioned above
Being fluent in more than one international language will an added advantage
