USIVUTE SIGARA Ni dhahiri kuwa sigara ina madhara kiafya, kwa ujumla wake watu wanashauriwa kuacha kutumia. Lakini inaelezwa kuwa madhara yake huongezeka mara kumi iwapo mvutaji atavuta mara baada ya kula chakula. Utafiti wa kimaabara unaonesha kuwa ukivuta sigara moja baada ya kula ni sawa na mtu aliyevuta sigara 10, hivyo hatari ya kupata saratani huongezeka. USIRANDERANDE Kuna madai kuwa mtu ukila unashauriwa utembee kiasi cha hatua 100 na utaishi miaka 99, lakini kwa maana halisi, dhana hiyo si ya kweli. Utafiti unaonesha kuwa kurandaranda au kutembea tembea mara baada ya kula husababisha mfumo wa usagaji chakula kukosa uwezo wa kunyonya virutubisho vilivyomo kwenye chakula tunavyokula. Badala yake tulia sehemu moja. USILALE Usilale muda mfupi tu mara baada ya kula, kwani chakula ulichokula hakitaweza kusagwa sawaswa na huweza kusababisha vidonda vya tumbo na magonjwa mengine ya kuambukiza kwenye utumbo mdogo. Hayo ni mambo 7 muhimu ya kuzingatia ambayo yapo ndani ya uwezo wa kila mtu anayejali afya yake, hivyo tafadhali tusaidiane kuelimishana masuala haya kwa faida yetu.
