Niko na changamoto kidogo. Nimefanya kazi na shirika X kwa muda wa miezi nane na kwenye mkataba wamesema kutakuwa na siku 28 za likizo ya kulipwa ambazo mimi sijatumia hata siku moja.
Sasa imetokea nimeresign, ila HR anasema siwezi kulipwa hio hela ya likizo kwa sababu mkataba ni wa mwaka mmoja na sijafikisha mwaka huo mmoja kama inavosoma kwenye mkataba.
Kulingana na Section 40(f) of the Employment and Labour Relations Act of 2004, an employer is legally required to pay any remuneration due upon termination of employment, including any earned but unused annual leave.
