Yes, good governance! Unless if you have a better explanation than bad governance for why Africa is in the state it is in today despite the natural resources this continent is "made of" and the "aid" that we've been receiving since independence

It is a chicken and egg, problem, vicious cycle of ideas au some kind of infinite loop. Kugoma tu tumeshindwa, kushika mtutu ndo tutaweza...?.Mi nadhani mtutu sio suluhisho kwa sababu watu wengi bado hawamjui adui yao haswa ni nani. Nadhani adui yetu hahitaji binduki kuondolewa. Ni uelewa mpevu tu wa hali halisi ndio suluhisho la kudumu.
