Hi Msolo, japokuwa maelezo yako yapo juu juu sana, maana kuna mengi unatakiwa uyafafanue ili upate precisely solutions, hata hivyo jaribu yafuatayo.

Solution 1. Laptop yako inapoanza kuboot tu, kuna options, sasa kutegemea na aina ya laptop yako na OS uliyonayo itakupa option ya kuirecover (ie. press F11 for recovery), then press accordingly, laptop yako itarecover, baada ya hapo itakupa options za kuendelea na recovery procedures. Hii itategemea na stage inayofail kuboot.

Solution2. Tafuta restore CD inayoendana na model ya laptop yako na pia OS iliyopo kwenye laptop yako, it means km ni Dell, HP etc kuna corresponding restore CD zake ambazo pia zitategemea aina ya windows uliyoinstall, km ni Windows 98, XP, vista, window 7 etc. then boot hiyo laptop yako ukitumia hiyo restore CD.

Solution 3. Tafuta original CD ya OS uliyoinstall kwenye laptop yako, au ya version ya juu yake then boot kwa kutumia hiyo CD. It means km OS iliyopo ni windows XP, utatumia CD ya XP, Vista au Windows 7. huwezi enda in opposite way ie kudowngrade OS.

Kumbuka,

1. Kwa solutions zote hapo juu utaloose all saved documents ila laptop yako itafanya kazi tena ikiwa ipo fresh.

2. Install latest antivirus softwares baada ya kuiboot, esp km unaitumia kwenye internet au unatumia flash. Maana tatizo la laptop yako linaonesha baadhi ya boot files zimekuwa attacked na viruses na worms. Pia kumbuka kuupdate laptop yako accordingly.

3. Tumia CDs zinazoendana na model ya laptop yako na pia OS km nilivyokuelezea hapo juu.

4. Hakikisha unatumia CD ya OS ambayo CD ROM yako inauwezo wa kuisoma, it means km ROM ya laptop yako haina uwezo wa kusoma DVD then ukitumia DVD kuboot obvious utafail.

Unaposema unahamisha HDD kwenye mashine nyingine unaa maana gani.? Sidhani kama maelezo yako yamekamilika na ni sahihi. Mara nyingi ukihamisha HDD kwenye mashine nyingine haiwezi kuboot tu moja kwa moja kama kawaida. kwanza BIOS lazima itagundua/igundue kuwa kuna changes za configutaion za HDD name au ID.

Baada ya kupress F11, hakuna kilichotokea screen ipo blank tu..nothing is progressing.
This machine is Dell Latitude D600,
1.5 Ghz, 512 MB ram, 80GB HDD,
Nilichoona inaweza kuwa ni tatizo ni connection za HDD, b'se I used the same HDD to the same kind of machine with same specification ikaboot vizuri, wat do u think Mr..

   Hope u can synchronise with me when I comment in english, sometimes it takes me easier to explain technical issues using with this foreign language. Basically, I have realize that obvious your laptop has got hardware problem. Check if all buses are well connected and also check if there is excessive dust in your laptop. Dust can cause several problems if it is in excessive, otherwise it may have one of the following problems.
   
   1. Overheating
   

When a laptop is overheating, it will not pass startup or it may freeze during startup and shut down to prevent any further damage. Check the function of the cooling fan or improper laptop ventilation during startup.

2. Bad Memory

Bad memory can cause freezes during startup, random crashes or complete failure to boot. If your laptop is able to make it past the startup page, you can test your memory using memory testing software. On the other hand, if your laptop freezes completely and crashes, the only way to remedy bad memory is to replace it.

3. Bad Capacitors

A capacitor is a cylinder-shaped object that is similar in size and look to a battery. Once capacitors go bad, a laptop will crash or freeze during startup. Moreover, during startup, a laptop may fail to boot or randomly reboot itself. Physical signs of bad capacitors are brown leaking fluid from the top of the capacitor or unevenness between the capacitor and the motherboard.

Hope ur problem may be due to above mentioned causes.

• Ulidondosha ikakataa kuwaka tena. teh teh teh May be kwenye "Ubao mama" kuna kitu kimekuwa Loose.
• Ilikuwa inafanya kazi vizuri tu ulikuwa una upgrage OS .

Kuwa muwazi ukisema akuna kichotkea kwenye screen ina maana hioni maandishi yeyote yale??. kama hivyo inawezekana labda screen yako imekufa jaribu ku connect exrenal Monitor.

Jaribu kwenda kwenye BIOS (wataalam saidieni ni button zipi maana sizikumbuki) na huko fanya marekebisho ya Tarehe, i-boost kwa kuanzia kwenye HDD kwanza na baadaye ihamie kwenye CD-ROM.
Ukimaliza kumbuka ku-save na ndipo u-exit.

Nina Computer yenye tatizo hilo na huwa liko safi kama waya wa umeme uko kwenye Computer. Nikifyatua au kuzima umeme na kutowa waya au umeme ukizimika, basi huwa haiwaki hadi kubadili data kwenye BIOS na ndipo inawaka.

Samahani mie siyo mtaalamu ila huwa narekebisha matatizo madogomadogo mwenyewe.

Bwana Sikonge, nina laptop yenye shida kama hiyo yako na nimiacha kuitumia na kununua nyingine mpya. Hiyo nilinunua used ni Toshiba Satellite 160A na betri yake ilikuwa inaisha haraka sana nikiitoa kwenye umeme. Nimeitumia kama miezi mitatu hivi, ghafla tu siku naiwasha ikiwa kwenye umeme charge yake ikawa inapungua hadi kuzimika ikiwa kwenye charge. Ukiizima ukaicharge inajaa ukiiwasha tu ikiwa kwenye charge ukianza kutumia charge inaanza kupungua hadi inazima.
