The prevailing situation in most Tanzanians private institutions is terrible.No job security at all, the managers don't have managerial skills and in most cases they manage by crisis, and cause uncountable cases of turnovers .
lack of knowledge of labour laws is taken as an advantage by most profit based-employers ,
there is a serious need to work on this as most working class has got no knowledge of this private enterprises are seriously under mining the rights and deny openly the security of their employees.what should be done?
