Kaka naungana na mkwawa' solution ni kurestore computer yako kurudi katika place ilikua before hilo tatizo halijatokea. Kurestore fanya ivi. Gonga Start button>All programs>Accesories>System tools>System restore>then select tarehe ya nyuma ambayo computer ilikua haina hilo tatizo, gonga restore afy restart mashine! Nicheki kama itakua bado inazingua
