Last time I revisited my archives about JK i had this

u dont have to be fluent to answer the questions, I have seen a lot of arabs, chinese and other nationals who answer the questions with confidence than mkwere.
Mkwere cant answer questions in swahili let alone english. He needs to come out of the cave and allow local journalist to ask him all sorts of questions, this will equip him with the skills necessary to answer the questions quickly and effectively.

I think you DO need to, coz you make me feel like startin...

Just because the healthcare bill hasn't passed, doesn't mean he's not persuasive enough, It'll be less of you to just hit on that side. And how come them REDS said later that it was a mistake to allow cameras in the room? Is it because he went after them, one by one with his ivy league coolness? Well, at least he was able to convince 51% of voters that, "YES HE CAN"

Dakota Native American tribal wisdom, passed on from generation togeneration, says: "When you discover that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount and get a different horse."

However, in educative, corporate and governmental Tanzania , more advanced strategies are often employed, such as:

1. Buying a stronger whip.
2. Changing riders.
3. Appointing a committee to study the horse.

7. Hiring outside contractors to ride the dead horse.

9. Providing additional funding and / or training to increase dead horse'sperformance.
10. Doing a productivity study to see if lighter riders would improve the dead horse's performance.
11. Declaring that as the dead horse does not have to be fed, it is less costly, carries lower overheads and therefore contributes substantially moreto the bottom line of the economy than do some other horses.
12. Rewriting the expected performance requirements for all horses.

And of course ...

13. Promoting the dead horse to a supervisory position!

Nishasema language kila mtu ambaye si yake anapata pass, mbona Kikwete kaongea kiingereza relatively better than huyo mchina? Language si issue kihivyo, issue mchango.

Nimeainisha vitu lukuki kuhusu udhaifu wa Kikwete contextually hapo juu, una kitu cha kumtetea?

Hiivi unaweza kutetea hata upuuzi wa Kikwete kuwa anachat na moderator wakati msemaji mwingine anaongea na podium rasmi? Kikwete si tu hana akili ya kujua nini cha kuongea, hana staha na adabu pia.
