Mahitaji
(kwa mahitaji haya utatoa zaidi ya pisi 200 za barafu ukitumia vifuko vya size 1¼ X 10)

Maji lita 7
Maziwa ya unga 1 cup (brand yoyote)
Unga wa wanga (corn starch) 2 cups uchanganye na maji lita 1.5 (unga wa wanga unauzwa supermarket) au sokoni unga wa ubuyu
Sukari kilo 1¾ (waweza punguza)
Chumvi ½tsp (ukipenda)
Utaweka ladha uipendayo (vanilla, mango, chocolate, pineapple, nk) Mifuko 300 ya kufungia ice candy (mifuko ya barafu)
HATUA:
1. Weka maji lita 7 kwenye sufuria kubwa na weka jikon yachemke, ongeza sukari na chumvi(ukipenda), kisha changanya vizuri hadi viyeyukie humo .
2. Ongeza ile corn starch na maziwa ya unga kwenye hayo maji yanayochemka, koroga vzr ili kusitokee mabujabuja, chemsha kwa dk 8, kisha zima jiko, acha ipoe kwa saa kadhaa kisha ongeza ladha uipendayo.
3. Funga kwenye vile vifuko na gandisha hadi ziwe barafu.
Ahsante sana bi dada, je? Kile kichupa kimoja cha vanila kiwekwe chote kwenye mchanganyiko huu au.
Kuna wengine nasikia wana chemsha uji wa unga wa ngano na kuuchanganya na ice cream ili ziwe laini je ni kweli?

Uji wa unga wa ngano wapo wanaoweka na inakuwa laini ila inahitaji utaalam haswa kuupika huo uji bila kutoa mabonge mabonge.
Ahsante sana bi dada, je? Kile kichupa kimoja cha vanila kiwekwe chote kwenye mchanganyiko huu au.
Kuna wengine nasikia wana chemsha uji wa unga wa ngano na kuuchanganya na ice cream ili ziwe laini je ni kweli?

Uji wa unga wa ngano wapo wanaoweka na inakuwa laini ila inahitaji utaalam haswa kuupika huo uji bila kutoa mabonge mabonge.
Kwahiyo kama itawezekana kuufanya ule uji wa ngano uwe laini, tunaweza kuutumbukiza mchanganyikoo huu?

Hata ubuyu wa mbegu unafaa,kilo moja au moja na nusu kwa lita hio ya maji. Tena wa mbegu unachemsha maji ya yanachemka kabisaa kabla ya kuipua unauweka ubuyu ndipo unaipua sufuria na kuukoroga kisha uache upoe halafu unauchuja. Hapo kama ni mwepesi sana ndipo unaweka kidogo uji wa unga wa ngano,ila kama ni mzito kiasi haina haja ya unga wa ngano bali unaweka sukari,vannila na rangi(unaweza tenganisha mchanyiko kwenye vyombo mbali mbali ili kuweka rangi tofauti)

Kama hauna vanilla unaweza weka juisi ya jolly
Ahsante sana, huku kwetu unga wa ubuyu haupo ila ubuyu upo, je ni njia gani niitumie ili niupate ule unga au nitumie hiyo lita 1.5 ya maji niuchanganye ubuyu wa kilo ngapi?

Hapo kama ni mwepesi sana ndipo unaweka kidogo uji wa unga wa ngano,ila kama ni mzito kiasi haina haja ya unga wa ngano bali unaweka sukari,vannila na rangi(unaweza tenganisha mchanyiko kwenye vyombo mbali mbali ili kuweka rangi tofauti)

Mbona nijuavyo mimi maziwa yakikutana na acid hasa citrus acid iliyomo kwenye vitu kama limao, ndimu na huo ubuyu mara moja huganda vipi hapo

Hapo sijui ila barafu za maziwa na ubuyu zipo tele mitaan na zipo vizuri tu. Labda wataalamu zaid wanaweza fafanua
Mbona nijuavyo mimi maziwa yakikutana na acid hasa citrus acid iliyomo kwenye vitu kama limao, ndimu na huo ubuyu mara moja huganda vipi hapo
