Na ulaji wenyewe usiwe kama huo kwenye picha, bali zipikwe na zisiive sana, pia tujitahidi kila muda wa kula asubuhi/mchana/jioni kuwepo na mboga za majani AU ukikosa mboga basi pata fresh fruits.
