Na ulaji wenyewe usiwe kama huo kwenye picha, bali zipikwe na zisiive sana, pia tujitahidi kila muda wa kula asubuhi/mchana/jioni kuwepo na mboga za majani AU ukikosa mboga basi pata fresh fruits.

Sasa mdada wa kimasai wewe mboga na juice wapi na wapi na mmasai…?
But hivi havina kushabihiana maana kwenye utendaji mwilini vitashindana ktk kurekebisha kuzalisha kinga, but wataalam wanashauri unapokula mboga/veggies juice isihusike kwa muda huo huo mpaka mlo mwingine ili kulinda kushindanisha uanzishwaji/kuongeza kingamwili.
