Being the most educated leader doesn't mean being the best in facilitating developments to the nation,if the presidency were seating for exams hapo sawa.

May be yes, May be no because their levels of education are different. Mugabe has more than one bachelor degree whilst Magufuli has a doctorate degree on specific fields. Mugabe is vilified because he refused to bend for the oppressor, however the truth will prevail even after his death. But will Magufuli refuse to be a puppet of the west like a lot of those African leaders.??

Not only being the pupet of the west,will he refuse to be the pupet of CCM?
