Is Kenya a weakest link to undermine EAC autonomy?

All EAC Protocols and ministers need to immidiate meet and discuss how easy is the EU or US is able to subbotage EAC cohesion through Kenya.

My observation is that ...there are so many activities and organisations working from there which are undermining the true and ultmate EAC intergration
