There are great differeces,not only in the nature of man and woman, but also in their reproductive functions. In this sense,the man is simpler than a woman. He has only one thing to do to make a child give his semen to his wife in the act of love. A woman has five reproductive functions. In this series I have outlined them as follows:
1.Her ovarian cycle and fertile days
2.Her response in the act of love
3.Her experience during pregnency
4.Her preparation for childbirth
5.Her joy in breast feeding
If there is to be true understanding between husband and wife, both of them must understand the meaning of these functions and live accordingly.
I believe that our bodies are wonderfully and marvelously made. The more we learn about them and live in harmony with them, the more we will be at peace with our reproductive functions,and our marriages can grow in the image of God in wich we were created.
