Catholic Relief Services – CRS is looking for a reputable and reliable supplier to supply 500 Bicycles (AVON CYCLUX ORB SPORT BICYCLES) at the CRS Mbeya office (Uzunguni Street) and the CRS Kigoma office (NSSF building).

You are therefore invited to submit your bid proposal/Quotation for the supply of bicycles.

DESCRIPTION:

Bicycles – Brand: Avon Cyclux ORB Sport.

Quantity – 500 each office

UOM – Each

Place of delivery: CRS Mbeya and Kigoma office. 250 each office.

SPECIFICATION:

Other accessories to include;

Interested bidders are invited to compete for the goods with specifications in the table above as part of this invitation to notice and the following conditions must be provided in the tender document:

• Submit your best financial offer for Bicycles. Specifying the possible minimum time for delivery.
• Validity of the offer should be 90 days.
• A copy of the Registration Certificate
• Specifying if the prices are VAT Inclusive or not.

Other Requirements:

• Name and address of the registered office of the company
• Name and Nationality of directors and shareholders.
• List who are/were the clients for the past two years and the types of assignments you performed.
• Copies of valid business license, original banker’s reference, TIN certificate, and VAT registration certificate.
• Name of three referees.
• Any other information that the bidder thinks is relevant to be incorporated.
• The bidder is required to read carefully the instructions set out above. No claim will be entertained on grounds of failure to read or comply with the instructions nor any alleged misunderstanding of their bid proposal.
• Cost of proposal: The Offeror shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the bid, the CRS will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the solicitation.
• Late Proposals: Any bid received by the procuring CRS entity after the deadline for submission of bids, under clause Deadline for submitting proposals, will be rejected.

The Bid proposal should be sent to tz_quotations@crs.org and addressed as:

PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY OF BICYLES AT CRS KIGOMA AND MBEYA OFFICES.

Your offer should reach the above-indicated address no later than 4:00 P.M. on Thursday 18 December 2023 to be followed by bid evaluation after that.

Please note that this request is not a confirmation that CRS will purchase the referred service from your company as the decision to buy will depend on bid analysis.
