Blocks for low cost building construction.
Attributes

· Size : 300mm * 150mm * 100mm

· Colour: soil brown

· Type: available in cement-soil or burnt clay soil
· Bonding: Dry bonding; Very minimal cement/mortar use

Benefits
· Easy to use, dry bonding saves time during construction, minimum number of people on site, thus short time and less labour costs during construction.

· Very low use of cement, interlocks between b-block minimizes use of cement.
· Suitable for all weather conditions, cool or hot tropical, rainy or sunny.

You tried to explain all you can but you forgot to let us know are you selling them or you are just informing us that they are available in the market?
If your are selling them,what is the price per (sq.meter or per piece),what % will I be saving as compared to cement blocks, what about security wise,are they not easily tempered by thieves.

Lastly where are you located and do you have technicians to fix them?Do you have anywhere where they have used them before? where I can go and look how does it look like?Thank you for the info.

we deal with their production, price per unit are as follows:
"soil-cement blocks" .... 850Tsh. @ unit
"burnt clay-soil blocks" ... 600 Tsh. @ unit,
compared to cement blocks, 26.4 % will be saved if "soil-cement" blocks are used and 42.3% if "burnt clay-soil" blocks are used.
about security, they can not be tempered with because they interlock. Good thing is these blocks can be produced on-site, also our factory is located at dakawa, mvomero district in morogoro region.
Technicians are available, you are welcome to visit our office at Kijitonyama, plot no 54 & 55 block 44, off Africa sana junction heading to mabatini police station... Changes subject to time.

what is the fabrication technology?

labour intensive or semi/automatic with vibration mechanism?

how are the services (electrical, plumbing et al) being taken care or accomodated withiout disturbing the interlocking system .... out of curiousity are you using the hydrafom machinery from south africa?

lastly, you gave us the nitty part called the pros of your product please give us the gritty part of your product called the cons

we use manual-operated machine that has a compression mechanism,technically the services you asked can be accomodated either through the holes in the blocks, or through other methodology that requires maps to elaborate. We do not use the said machines from south africa,
so far there are two possible cons, they require extra care to handle,and if they are transported or moved so many times, damage on angles may occur.

1) ghorofa hujengwa/husimamia "columns/pilars" not tofali peke yake.
2) msumeno hauwezi kukata interlocks, zinavisha kwa ndani, not accesible from any direction once fitted.
3) unayachukulia ni madogo, size ya block unayoiita kubwa ni ngapi dimensions zake,? hizi ni 12" * 6" * 4"

Blocks za udongo " baked clay" 450 @ factory, cement-soil 600, usafiri utachangia kiasi kulingana na uhitaji, lakini pia kama site yako is favorable tunaweza tengeneza tofali hapo hapo, wasiliana nasi kwa cell numbers hapo juu tafadhali
