Inflation rate figure!

For those of you who have been reading newpapers listening on Radios and watching tv you have heared of some news about improved inflation figures....Forinstance last year it was said that inflation rate was to the tune of 19% but this year we are told that we have able to reduce it to the tune of 8.3% to me this is a massive achievement tough to me also i feel like disagreeing with these figure....How come we have able to come all along from 19% to 8.3% with the real situation at the moment........My fellow can any one give me justifiable figures...so that i can satsfy my self?

Hiyo unyoiona inawezekana ni short run na sio long run. Naomba uelewe kwamba watoto wachanga wanaugua mara kwa mara na wanapona haraka ukilinganisha na wazee. Baba yako akikuambia nina umwa unatauguza hadi utachoka. Lakini mtoto utashangaa tu kesho kanacheza. Viji nchi vichanga kama TZ. Vinaweza kusema inflation imepungua kwa kwa namna kama hizo. Hii ingekuwa ni long run. GDP ingeshuka sana.
