Jacob Urasa the core developer of wfrobot erp wish to thank all users of wfrobot erp for making wfrobot their solution. Also we thank you for your contribution and making possible to release the new version v.R.4.2 considering the fact that any accomplishment requires the effort of many people and this work is no different.
Unfortunately, we cant mention all your contribution here, hence it became impractical to provide an accurate acknowledgement. Regardless of not mention, We wish to express our gratitude to those who may have contributed to this work, even though anonymously.

What is new in Wfrobot erp New Version v.R.4.2 ?
Release Notes:
1. DISABLE DELETE COMPANY & COMPANY LOCATION
Delete function of Company file and Company location has been disabled when transaction exist in the system.
2. STOCK BY LOCATION
Errors which caused stock by location report to show wrong figure is now solved
3. NOTICE ON ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD CHANGE
When changing administrator password was displaying notice - now it has been solved
4. MICROFINANCE MODULE
In microfinance it was accepting total amount that was less than the amount issued. Now it is solved no more total amount can be less than the amount issued. Number limit in loan term extended to 15 instead of 10
5. NEW UPDATES
New functions added like exporting home page and all reports to excel in order to print or analysis, Also all standard reports can be printed with
company logo and company header
6. CHANGES IN POS
Item name edit in pos disabled
7. SUPLIER CENTER
Added permission functionality to view pos purchase order
8. DIFFERENT BETWEEN STOCK VALUATON AND STOCK ADJUSTMENT
Patch is already introduced to fix the problem, it is located on home page tools
9. DISPLAY PENALITY PAID
Added function of displaying payment of penalty in receive loan payment, contract archive, my portfolio and closed loan.
10. NEW REPORTS FOR MICROFINANCE
Added new report for microfinance ( Loan Collection report)
11. RECEIVE SERVICE IN PURCHASE ODRER
Disable purchase item without cost
12 BILL REGISTER
Bill register functionality is added in the system
13. AUTOMATIC SELLING PRICE
Added selling price calculation based to buying price percentage
14. EDIT PAID BILLS
Added functionality of editing items received date
15. TIME LIMIT
Time limit disabled when doing installation
16. SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION
System optimization tool for better system performance is introduced it is located on home page tools
