i need help!!

halo my friends i need some on my dell computer,whenever i swtiched it on it tells me 'it cant find file *c/program*' or sometimes if i pass that error it wont stay long and turn off itself,this giving me headache coz i cant even drag another window.

It seed like your computer has a broken system files, Just do a repair it will fix all the broken files!!
