Nigeria(our country)should let the South Africans know their history..
*Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, was the first African leader that provided financial aid for that your country(South Africa).
*In 1970, Nigeria alone donated 5 million u.s. dollars annually. For that your country(South Africa)
*In 1976, Nigeria set up a South African relief fund just to relieve your(south Africans)victims.
*Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, contributed 3.7 million dollars, while each member of his cabinet also contributed 1,500 dollars.
*All Nigerians civil servant and public officers made 2% of donation of their salaries, monthly. For that your country(South Africa) .
* Student skips their lunch, just to make donations for that your country(South Africa)
*Between 1960 to 1995, Nigeria alone spent the hug sum of 61billions u.s. dollars for that your country(South Africa).
To our dear past, present and future leaders; It is so unfortunate, that, the south Africans your helped(then) through the valley of the shadow of death are the ones killing your citizens now.
