Position: Head of Finance
Location: Zanzibar
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and execute the organisation’s financial strategy.
- Monitor and provide regular financial reports to management, board and its shareholders.
- Provide strategic analysis and support to the executive board and management.
- Develop an accounting function, reporting and internal financial processes.
- Manage Dealer & Merchant accounting function, reporting, and targets.
- Manage Multiple Bank & Mobile Money Floats.
- Provide advice on all trades and future trends of the market.
Qualifications
- Min. 4 years in a senior finance position e.g. Finance Manager, CFO.
- Must be a qualified Accountant and holder of CPA or of similar accreditation.
- Track record of managing big accounts.
- Experience in finance within the fintech and telecom industry.
- Understanding of local and international standards of financial regulations.
- Knowledge of various Accounting software.
