Legal Assistance to Widows and Orphans Advocacy Project
On behalf of Legal Assistance to widows and orphans, I humbly appreciate your intent to work in our upcoming project in Tanzania as widows and orphans Advocacy Officers. I hereby inform you that you have successfully passed our first stage of selection and hence you have been selected among others to attend one week training on the rights of widows and orphans. The training shall commence on 27th October in Dar es Salaam.
After the training you will sign a twelve months contract of work as a widow and orphans Advocacy officer, where you will be implementing the project activities in awareness creation and encouraging the community about Rights of orphans and widows. After twelve months committed and competent few applicants shall have viable chance to sign a full time contract of employment.
You shall only be provided with transport allowance, breakfast and lunch. You will be responsible to arrange for your own accommodation during the whole period of the training if you are coming out of Dar es salaam.
Remember that due to the limited time, our organization shall not conduct an interview but rather the selected candidates shall be required to attend the capacity building training as instructed, after we confirm that the scanned copies of the certificates you shall be requested to submit are legit and valid
Our organization has appointed a professional lawyer from a law firm in Tanzania, to help us with the verification, authentication and certification of the selected candidates submitted certificates at your own cost as shall be instructed. This is because as an organization we are not familiar with the Tanzanians issued certificates from colleges and universities. Bear in mind that it is hard to trust everybodys certification and therefore in order to be sure of the certification we need to have one firm to certify your certificates. Also in order to avoid a crowd of people we will not allow certification of certificates direct to the office in person.
To complete the required necessary second procedures, follow these steps;
Due to limited time schedule please Send your Scanned certificates (O-level, A-Level and or College/University (transcript and provisional Statement of results are allowed)to

After Payment write a text message to show your name and the name used to send the money or agents name in order to confirm your payment. Please make sure that you send the certification cost before sending your certificates because you will be require to include the name you used to send your certication or name of the agent in your email of certication.Only those who will send certification cost and their names in the email will be certified and receive certification letter
Then, He will send you Certification Letter once your certificates have been verified, screened and certified by him.
Then, Attach the certification letter you will receive from our legal consultant, and a scanned Residence Introduction Letter (barua ya utambulisho wa makazi) from hamlet/ward/village/ or street executive officer and send it back to us via this email.
Make sure that you submit the certification letter from our appointed legal consultant to us best before 2nd October 2015, only those who shall submit certification letter to prove that their certificates have been certified and verified, shall be contacted for the training schedules and shall receive official training invitation email.
Please make sure that you arrive with your original certificates on the first day of the training if at all you will manage to verify your certificates through our appointed legal consultant as instructed, we strongly advise you to write us an email in case of any inquiry or concern.
