Graduate Trainee – Retail Sales Officer

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and apply sales techniques to promote products to customers.
2. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
4. Participate in training sessions on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
7. Contribute to promotional activities and special events to increase sales.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic understanding of retail sales principles is a plus.
