1. Disabled & Re-enabled 'Mobile data', changed APN - didn't solve
2. Go to Setting ->App manager->google play store ->click 'force stop' the app -> click 'clear cache' - didn't solve
3. Restarted the device several times and re-tried to access store - didn't solve
4. Gave up, took a break, had meals came back and still failed to access play store
5. Activated a hotspot to my other Airtel mobile device, and connected my GT8000 - Was able to access play store/Sorted.
6. Connected back via Voda, was able to browse, streaming and download but couldn't access play store - Strange!!
7. Reactivated Airtel - Bingo🙂
- Technically, I have no idea which step(s) solved a problem, and why I wasn't able to access via Voda net - Unlike a week ago!!

Ki ukweli ni kwamba nikijaribu kuifungua Play Store yangu HAIFUNGUKI, bali inani'prompt kwenye hiyo screenshot ya kwanza, ambapo niki'click "REDEEM" ndipo inanipeleka hapo kwenye screenshot ya pili na kunitaka niingize hiyo CODE, na hapo ndo shida inapokuja sasa, maana mimi siijui sasa hiyo Code ni ipi??
