1. What do you think Dr. Magufuli should do for the eight mentioned issues so that he can take our nation to the next level.
Identifying a problem without unveiling proposed solutions is not the character of a Great Thinker.
This would require its own thread for fruitful discussions. But, one thing I can assure you is that, our nation's problems aren't completely new to most of us. They have been well researched and solutions proposed to each of the problem.
Most of the solutions require an overhaul of the existing system [this needs a statesman, and not a partisan]. Other solutions require Tanzania to say NO to stupid IMF and World Bank policies. They have never worked. And I wonder why we are still sticking to failing policies. This also requires a statesman, someone who can stand against the mighty IMF/World Bank.
This is enough for now: an overhaul of the system and saying NO to the IMF/World Bank's economic policies. For more discussions, please open a new thread and tag me.

2. What is the contribution of the party to the eight mentioned issues.
By the party, you do mean CCM, don't you? For sake of saving my energy and time, I would say one thing: as long as Tanzania is ruled under the single-party or dominant-party system, CCM would never run away from the misery that most Tanzanians face on their everyday lives.

3. What is the culture of Tanzanians? Do you think with this culture of ours we can easily tackle the eight mentioned problems and have our breakthrough?
What do you mean by 'the culture of Tanzanians'? Anyway, whatever, your meaning would be, let me tell one thing: 'culture' can be nurtured. Societies can be cultured to: obey the laws; be disciplined; pay taxes etc. So, there isn't such an excuse as 'the culture of Tanzanians'. As, one may ask, why Tanzanians haven't been 'cultured' in the ways that you wish?

4. We are the least ranked in education and better in personal freedom, what are your views concerning that.
According to the report, Tanzania isn't ranked better in any subindex. I wonder, what is your criteria for Tanzania to be ranked better in personal freedom! So, I have no views, as Tanzania is nowhere better in the report.

5. Can you plz show the list of countries surveyed? What is the benchmarks for East African Countries??
Here is the link
http://www.prosperity.com/#!/ranking where you can find the list of the 142 countries surveyed.
I don't know what you mean by the 'benchmarks for East African countries'!! The prosperity index is a global assessment. It shows prosperity based on income and well-being for the surveyed countries from different parts of the world. So, what would the benchmarks for East African countries help in discussing this? I guess, you want to compare Tanzania with Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, which is absurd when talking about a global assessment. But, for the sake of making you happy, Rwanda (101th), Kenya (108th) and Uganda (115th) are all above Tanzania.
