Hi everyone! I'm baaaack!

It has been a whirlwind tour of our country and other places around the globe especially wherever there was and still some dirt that has to do with our beloved country. I'm grateful on behalf of everyone for their hospitality and kindness as we continue to dig out all that is rotten in our our political system. Let me make some observations and commentaries on a number of issues:

a. The proposed amendment to the Mining Law of 1998 still contains a number of things that will surely continue to benefit the investor and it is not going far enough to ensure that the people of our country benefit from the wealth of their nation; at least not in the near future. We have attached the proposed amendment for your own consideration.

b. There are seems to be a new political horizon emerging as we enter the new year. Within the past few hours we have been alerted on the possibility of "something big" to happen soon. As far as we could gather our intelligence it seems what is going to happen has to do with the recent confrontation between the members of Mwalimu Nyerere Foundation and some CCM's cadres. So, lets watch carefully what is going to unfold. We might be witnesses to a the most transformative event of our time that will reshape the political spectruam and ideological make up of our nation. It'll be interesting to behold.

c. From what we have gathered since the elections within Chadema it seems unless the two leaders and their supportes decide to halt their arrogance and decide to honestly and quickly sit down and resolve their problems Chadema will definitely be the greatest loser in the next year's election. We are looking for M's take on Chadema.

d. There are other health news concerning President Kikwete which were not revealed sometime ago following his 'dizzy spell" in Mwanza. As we were the first to reveal his sharp pain in his neck over a year ago, we know this other issue is more pressing than the combined issues so far revealed. Do not speculate.

e. One of the most astonishing thing that happened since the UN's Panel of Expert on the Congo is the recent apointment of Dr. James Nzagi to the ambassadorial post to the Republic of Burundi. We have known about Dr. Nzagi for sometime and his activities in the Congo (then Zaire) in mid 1990s. There is indeed a Meremeta connection. There is no doubt whatsoever that Tanzanian officials have been involved in arms trafficking (in their personal capacities and official ones).

Just to hint: In 2003 Tanzania exported to Uganda weapons worth about 500,000USD. Our special report will finally set the record straight. M has asked us to finish this report that will only be available on PTR basis just like the Meremeta Report was.

f. The Dowans issue is not over yet; We have gathered some very troubling information in UAE where some of politicians have been stashing millions of USD in their attempt to embezzle money from our people. So far we know with a very high level of certainty that there is about 500 million USD stashed away in UAE. We can also predict confidently that the coming new year will lead a lot of these people to swindle more money as the election heat getting hotter and their chances of returning to power begin to dim.

We will see you in new year with our report tentatively tittled "NOT IN OUR NAME".

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
