    Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist
    Duration: 6 mos (renewable per quarter)
    Location: San Jose, CA

    You will be responsible for the development, integration and execution of digital media strategies in support of corporate advertising campaigns.

    - BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field plus 8+ years of relevant Digital marketing/ media experience.
    - Digital media expert with deep understanding of industry best practices and how to apply them. (Including display, mobile, custom digital, content syndication, and social media programs)
    - Must have direct media and planning experience
    - Deep knowledge of Business, News, Sports, Technology digital media space.
    - Digital media enthusiast with demonstrated experience in developing innovative campaigns delivering business results
    - Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, cross-functional and cross-cultural groups
    - Have a proven ability to drive projects forward in a rapidly changing environment with a strong emphasis on team work
    - Proven experience in engaging and developing collaborative relationships with external media partners and media/ advertising agencies
    - Strong negotiation skills with external media partners, publishers and content developers
    - Ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
    - Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Lead strategy and execution for Media Campaigns, developing media strategies for Brand and/or Technology Solution goals
    - Communicate with marketing and technology solution teams to deliver a more unified marketing approach.
    - Able to influence teams to increase adoption of digital strategies
    - Facilitate planning and execution of Global campaigns. Liaison with Country/ Theater leads and agency teams to support the global planning process.
    - Manage media agency to assess proposals from media partners, negotiate custom digital programs and execute a well-managed and optimized digital media campaign.
    - Drive innovation by leveraging new media platforms/ tactics to engage with the audience and develop innovative digital programs that raise the bar on best practices in digital media.
    - Partner with media agency team to define key milestones of success and ongoing reporting of performance metrics.
    -Drive continual refinement and optimization of digital media investments.
