Dereva anatafutwa,awe mkazi wa Dar es Salaam na mwenye kuyajua fika mazingira ya mji huu.
Jukumu lake ni kumpekeka mtu kazini na kumrudisha,lakini pia kutimiza majukumu yake kadri anatavyoagizwa ndani wiki nzima.

~Awe na leseni inayotumika na inayokubalika kwa mujibu wa sheria za nchi.
~Awe na uzoefu wa kutosha wa muda mrefu barabarani.
~Asiwe mtumiaji wa kilevi chochote wakati wa kazi.
~Asiwe mbabaishaji na mjanjamjanja/ujuaji usio na maana
~Mwajiri anaishi Chanika,hivyo ni vema dereva nae akawa mkazi wa hapo au hata eneo jirani ili kuwahi ratiba yake ya kazi bila kuchelewa.
