Pili: Wahaya wana msemo: ukienda kuomba maziwa, angalau basi uje na kihansi (kibuyu).

Tatu: Barabara nyingi zimejengwa vema kabisa, kwa kiwango cha lami. Barabara hizo zinaachiwa kujaa michanga. Baada ya kusaidiwa kujengewa barabara za mitaa, wananchi tusisubiri "washirika wa maendeleo" watakaokuja kutusaidia kufagia barabara zetu. Tukumbuke, michanga ikiachiwa barabarani, barabara huwa na mashimo na baadaye kuharibika zaidi. Kama barabara zimejengwa kwa hisani ya watu wa ... , hata kuzifagia? "Ng'ombe" hatuna, tumeenda kuomba 'maziwa'; hata kibuyu cha kuyabebea? Wejemeni..!

s 1 Tanzania - Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project Project ID: P123134 MDB: The World Bank Total Project Cost: $330.3 million Status: Active Expected Project Completion Date: December 2020 Description: The objective of Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project ("Project"), approved in March 2015 by The World Bank, is to improve urban services and institutional capacity in the Dar es Salaam metropolitan area, and to facilitate potential emergency response. Project has the following four main components: (a) Priority infrastructure (estimated cost: $172.6 million) which will finance improvements and construction of: (i) priority roads; and (ii) primary and secondary drainage systems in Dar es Salaam; (b) Upgrading in low-income communities (estimated cost: $117.2 million) which will include: (a) roads and road-related infrastructure, including roads, bridges, culverts, footpaths, and traffic lights; (b) environmental related works, including storm water drainage, sanitation, tertiary solid waste management, street lights; and (c) community related amenities, including parks, markets, and bus stands; (c) Institutional strengthening, capacity building, and urban analytics (estimated cost: $26 million); (d) Implementation Support and Monitoring & Evaluation (estimated cost: $14.4 million).
