There is no way you are going to make me understand your excuses. Bottom line, Magufuli’s PhD is really really questionable!

Oh! Implementor? What do you mean? What has he implemented? Buying of the old used Dar Ferry at an overpriced amount even for a new Ferry?

His pragmatic ideals are the ones that are keeping us ‘uchi’ in the ‘makinikia’ saga! He is a president for God’s sake. His pragmatic ideals must always align with the country’s Katiba and sheria.
