What a man eats is what he becomes ...
1. Avocados
2. Strawberry
3. Chocolate - dark ones (only one mid size)
4. Mushroom - local ones
5. Cashewnuts and ground nuts ( a few of them + fresh milk)
6. Water melons half the size with seeds swollen.
7. Local eggs as in Omlet (3 - 5 per day)
8. Banana
9. Garlics
10. Tende
11. Drink Honey + Cinamon
Avoid too much sugary foods, alcohol, michepuko and starchy foods
