The difference with the one in 2016 is that they have not even built the drainage pipes that were supposed to take water to the other side, and you can also see thatthey had just begun placing about 2 metersof slop protection on the high embankment to prevent soil erosion, the rest of the section is just bare sand, this sand is the one that washed away..whats the difference btn the two drainage systems in the two pictures?
