Dear FIFA Ethics Committee,
I am writing to report a potential breach of the FIFA Code of Ethics by Young African Sports Club, the current premium football champion in Tanzania. On Monday, 11 August, at Mlimani City Hall in Dar es Salaam City , the club's president contributed 39,000 to the ruling party CCM for the upcoming October election. Notably, the president confirmed that the funds were contributed by " Young African Sports Club."
I believe this contribution may violate the FIFA Code of Ethics, specifically:
Given the president's confirmation that the funds were contributed by "Young African," it is essential to investigate whether this contribution complies with FIFA's regulations on neutrality and potential third-party influence.
I request that the FIFA Ethics Committee investigate this matter and take necessary actions to ensure compliance with the FIFA Code of Ethics.

I believe this contribution may violate the FIFA Code of Ethics, specifically:
- Article 3 (Confidentiality and neutrality): By contributing to a political party, the club's president may be compromising the club's neutrality and potentially influencing the political process.
- Article 15 (Political neutrality): Persons bound by the Code should remain politically neutral in dealings with national or international public institutions.
