Ni wajibu wa serikali kuyafanyia kazi madai ya rushwa yaliyotolewa kwenye list of shame ili kukusanya ushahidi na hatimaye kuwafikisha mahakamani watuhumiwa, serikali ndiyo yenye dhamana hiyo na haiwezi kukwepa hata nukta moja. Very true, CDM is just a replica of the old NCCR. I can see they are fast taking same path to the inevitable doom! Same factors that "killed" NCCR are now killing CDM ! We need another movement of different people with different ideas to rescue Tanzania!

Lakini tukizungumzia uhalisia wa mambo on the ground, kama tunakubaliana kwamba ccm haina jipya kwa manufaa ya nchi hii halafu tunawahukumu chadema ambao hatujawahi kuwapa nafasi ya kutuongoza ili tuseme kwamba tuliwapa nafasi lakini mkashindwa, tunakuwa hatujitendei haki sisi wenyewe na nchi yetu kwa ujumla.
Pamoja na wasiwasi ulionao kwa chadema, ni vizuri kuamini kwamba watafanya vizuri kwani nao wanajua ni kiasi gani wananchi wamechoka na watapenda kutafuta mbinu ya kuaminiwa na wananchi. Na kwa rasilimali tulizonazo, sina shaka tukiikabidhi madaraka chadema nchi hii itabadilika.
CHADEMA wanafanyakazi vizuri tu. Baada ya kuitikisa CCM huku kwa wananchi, nguvu yao kubwa imebaki BUNGENI. Tuwaunge mkono CHADEMA ili nguvu hii pekee ya CCM iliyobaki nayo ipunguzwe kwa kiasi kikubwa. Unajua ilivyo vigumu kupambana na mamba akiwa majini. CHADEMA endeleeni kuikaba vilivyo CCM ndani ya BUNGE.
- Kuna tofauti ya kumhukumu mtu na kutomkubali/muamini... Siwa hukumu kabisa CDM ila naongea from vile niwaonavo... Najua kabisa kua wao wanafaa kuliko CCM... To be honest our politicians think less about mtu wa kawaida. I prtly agree with Mwanakijiji, our new politicians are parasites, who enrich themselves constantly at the taxpayers' expense ( both of them wanted to score political points on POSHO). They routinely abuse power, lie and suppress and manipulate the truth. fUrthermore, they never admit error or failure, they always shuffle responsibility onto someone else. In daily life, unlike the old Establishment, they are graceless and self-obsessed and this imean all of them from opposition to the ruling party.
In sum, they have no standards whatever except their own personal advancement. Yet they are indignant when anyone exposes their behaviour and turn savagely on those who call them to account na ushahidi upo!
By contrast, although our politicians boasts constantly about their achievements its no doubt they have proved spectacularly incompetent in matters great and small. From CCM, apart from this EPA they have given us the UMEME debacle, TRL privatization and its endless botched reorganizations, a string of IT disasters....such as WEBSITE YA TAIFA, (and ID cards in waiting), fertilizer over payments, the prisons fiasco, inadequate and irresponsible armed forces leadership, housing and city planning that resemble wild wild west,, incoherent and failed policies on NISHATI na MADINI etc, ... Almost NOTHING these people touch works properly. They could not even replace the incompetent old guard.
The question is , how did so many corrupt, charmless and incompetent people get away with it? the answer is same as what Jenerali Ulimwengu asked back in 1992: MASWALI MAGUMU MAJIBU RAHISI....well, its simple, they suborned, subordinated and supplanted all the institutions you can think of which might otherwise have resisted them - often with the assistance of willing collaborators within. In particular, from my understanding, UTUMISHI are always humiliated repeatedly - their advice rejected and their normal command structures replaced by political appointees, expensive outside CON-sultants ( CROWN AGENTS from UK, etc).
These lot operate like the MAFIOSO of the GOMORRAH calibre. Both CHADEMA & CCM establishments have recruited large sections of the media to print or broadcast its propaganda as fact (JAMII FORUMS is also alleged to be involved in this conspiracy). That is what spin doctoring means and it requires willing collaborators in both print and electronic media. Some of the media have done even worse, and propagated deliberate lies or character assassination at the behest of these class. More and more of the media, and its members, are becoming indistinguishable from the CHADEMA/CCM political class. They routinely trade jobs and careers - I'm told politicians nowadays have become undercover paid columnists (Na "MWANDISHI WETU" ), journalists ( Betty Mkwasa et al ) join the government machine and give orders to civil servants (Pasco et al will soon follow)
Funny enough these lot gets angry with journalists only when they break ranks and refuse to play the game (KUBENEA knows best). In spite of their shrill complaints, both the Mkapa & JK governments had a remarkably easy ride from the media. Nearly all of their biggest decisions were endorsed and promoted by the media and their propaganda was rarely, if ever, dissected or challenged unless the rogue elements within the Jamii Forums and social media sites.
To be honest, I'm ready to admit I was naive at first when I thought the new CCM would be different from the old...and CHADEMA would be better...well one has criminals and another advocates mob justice. Both have failed us.
