Bunge Kenya hivi sasa ndani ya mjadala mzito tena wa jazba kweli kuhusu pendekezo ya wateulle wanafasi za cj ,deputy cj na dpp.Democracy imepiga hatua kweli kwa majirani.
 
Mkuu nilikuwa nataka kuweka post kuhusu hili bahati nzuri naona umeiweka. Mjadala ulikuwa mkali mno ila hatimaye wote watatu Dr. Mtunga (CJ), Mama Barassa (D-CJ) na Tobiko (DPP) wamepitishwa na Bunge la Kenya. Mjadala ulikuwa mtamu kweli na kuna wabunge ilibidi watolewe nje na Spika.

Haya ndiyo matunda ya katiba mpya. Watanzania badala ya kuchagiza katiba mpya ili tupate haki zetu tunakalia vitu vingine tu. Nawaomba wana JF wenzangu kama ukipata muda tupia macho bunge la Kenya kwenye Citizen TV ili ku compare na hili la kwetu pia kujua katiba yao mpya inavyofanya kazi. Hivi sasa kila kitu wabunge wanafanya rejea kwenye katiba yao mpya. Jamani tupiganie katiba ili kujenga msingi wa utawala bora.
 
Impressive!!! Hata hivyo in these matters Kenyans nawasifu, wananchi wao hawachekei ujinga...

Kisha afu sasa wanataka kua na Supreme Court ambapo all matters will be adjudicated when the small courts cant handle and an
aggrieved party appeals. Sio mambo ya kizamani ambapo Jaji Mkuu anamua kila kitu huku kivuli cha Rais kikiwa nyuma yake.

Niliposikia hii kitu for the first time, i believe ilikua BBC kitambo kidogo (kwanza iligusiwa tu),
i thot sio leo wala kesho but i guess they are proving us wrong and also
showing the Tanzanians tukigangamala tutafika and not other wise!!

THE HON. MR JUSTICE (PROF) J.B. OJWANG
Judge of the High Court


Position: Judge of the High Court
Appointed: 2003


Hon. Mr. Justice Professor J.B Ojwang studied his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Law at the University of Nairobi between 1971 and 1976. He then proceeded for his Ph.D at University of Cambridge, UK which he completed in 1981. Prior to his appointment as Judge of the High Court, Justice Owang spent most of his career in law in the field of academics. His last position being the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Nairobi.
His main areas of scholarship include Constitutional law, Comparative Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Law and Legal Theory. He has written and published singly or jointly with other distinguished scholars several books and articles in these areas of specialty.
