Wrong list with very wrong People yaani na Chiligati yumo labda agombee serikaLi za mitaa au ujumbe wa nyumba kumi au wanataka. Slaa apite bila shida yoyote
 
kwa ukweli ndani ya ccm lowasa atleast anaweza kutupeleka hatua ukiangalia mambo yalivyokuwa yanaenda wakati akiwa pm,ila kwa sasa kila kitu kimekwama nothng goes on zaid ya safari za ulaya,to me dr.slaa priority namba 1 then lowasa namba two,hawa wengne sijui sita,membe,migiro,hawana lolote ni kelele tu...
 
Sasa ccm mumechoka hamfai hata kupewa mkoa kuuongoza.kama mtu pekee mnaemwona anafaa kuwakirisha chama chenu ni lowasa na hakuna mtu mwingine anaefaa kuwawakirisha ni bora mkajitoa kwenye kinyang'anyilo kuliko kumsimamisha mtu km lowasa ambae anakumbukwa na wtz wengi kwa kuwasababishia maumivu makali.Makufuli nae hafai vinginevyo kama mnataka maendeleo yote yapelekwe Chato jimboni kwake hapo ni sawa.huyu mtu ni mubinafsi wa kutupwa.mfano mdogo ni huu ilitakiwa barabara ya mwanza kwenda biharamlo iwekwe rami mpaka biharamulo lkn kwa kutumia madaraka yake ilipofika bwanga aliichepusha akaipeleka nyumbani kwake chato.makao makuu ya mkoa wa geita alitaka kuyapeleka nyumbani kwake chato pembeni kabisa mwa Geita.mi naona ni bora zaidi kuwaondoa kabisa ccm madarakani pamoja na wazuri wake wote na wabaya wake wote.

Ahh Lowasa alisha utua huwo mzigo wa richmond kwa Kikwete siku nyingi .kwenye hule mkutano mkuu wa ccm dodoma ,sasa hivi hakuna mwanaccm yeyote anasubutu kumnyoshea kidole lowasa kuhusu richmond .wamefyata woteee
 
Muda bado sana hebu angalieni mambo mengine ya kuijenga Nchi mwishowe mtaanza kutabiri hata 2020 kuwa Nchi itatawaliwa na CDM baada ya CUF kuangushwa, ambao na CUF waliiangusha CCM 2015

Naona mtoa mada ana tatizo la IQ maana amengangania hoja ya uchapakazi, hakuna sifa nyingine ya kuwa kiongozi?

Lowassa ni mmoja kati ya mafisadi waliobobea katika nchi hii. Fanya analysis ya madudu ya Richmond na athari zake kwa Taifa kijamii na kiuchumi. Richmond imesababisha vifo vya wenzetu wengi inawezakana hata ndugu zako. Ila kwa sababu unaandika usichokijua kwa maslahi binafsi unajifanya hamnazo. Ya Magufuri huyajui pia. Kajengewa nyumba na wahindi wa kampuni ya ujenzi Mwanza kwa sababu gani kama si kumlainisha ili awe anawapa kandarasi za ujenzi wa mabarabara? Ana kampuni ya ujenzi ambayo awali ilikuwa inasimamiwa na mmoja wa manaibu waziri, wakati huo alikuwa mfanyakazi wa BoT. Sasa inasimamiwa na Meneja wa Tanroad Mkoa wa Mara. Huyo huyo Magufuri ameshindwa kuzuia wizi wa mamilioni ya fedha unaofanyika kwenye mizani ya barabarani, achilia mbali uuzaji wa nyumba za serikali ambao leo unaligharimu Taifa mabilioni ya fedha. Kwa madudu hayo analipi la kujivunia? Pikipiki alizonunuliwa na Meneja wa Tanroad Mwanza ni kwa ajili ya nini kama si rushwa na kulindana? Chirigati ndiyo nani katika siasa za hapa kwetu? Ndani ya CCM ya sasa hakuna msafi hata mmoja.
 
Pamoja na sera za chama chake akipitishwa haya ni mawazo anayopigania kutekeleza kwa dhati kabisa, na hata kama
asipopitishwa anasema msaada wake mkubwa wa kumshauri rais ajaye yatakuwa katika haya mambo......leo nawaletea sekta chache ili tuweze kujadili kwa pamoja kwa ajili ya maboresho.

Economy
  • Target a 8-11% growth by 2017 (note; the growth should reflect poverty reduction)
  • reduce the public deficit, so that the government spends more money on social and community services
  • keeping the exchange rate stable and control the flow of money into the economy in order to lower interests rates and keep inflation in check
  • take/establish at least one major industrial to each Mkoa and establish 24 hours economy in Dar, Arusha and Mwanza (Note: security will be intensified)
  • restructure/ establish the youth empowerment fund
  • open semi industrial estates all over Tanzania to support and develop new business concerns
  • fast track the growth of special economic zones in major urban areas (EPZ's)
  • enhance the use of ICT for increased productivity and efficiency and make Tanzania in to an information society
  • promote local investment through tax and other incentives
  • Agriculture
  • Subsidies farm inputs to ensure increased yield
  • extensive investment in rural urban infrastructure to facilitates access to market
  • reintroduce free extension services in different branches of the particular sector
  • establish/strengthen co-operatives and integrate rural production with the rest of of the economy via infrastructure development and better market
  • Promote value addition in agriculture through use of taxation and other measures
  • promote greater agriculture research and developing crop variety that can withstand climate change (as we all know the impact of climate change in Dodama, Shinyanga, Singida, and part of Tabora)
  • encourage investment in post-harvest processing and preservation and storage technologies, this will be done to maximize return to rural producers to ensure stable as well as food supply and affordability to consumers

Security
  • Improve and extend national security structure to ensure security for all and with human right face
  • develop strategy to strengthen response to terrorist act in the country like that happening in Arusha and Zanzibar
  • introduce the use of CCTV In DAR city center

Social Security
  • introduce pension scheme for those aged 70 and over
  • extend cash transfer for orphan and vulnerable children
  • design a new scheme of targeting relief to poor rural household
  • strengthen a health care package that includes maternal care and treatment for such pandemic as HIV/AIDS
  • extend health education and concentrate on preventive health care

Imekaa vyema!haswa la uchumi kuendeshwa masaa 24 maeneo ya mijini.Tatizo wanaomzunguka ma ccm ni bomu mafisadi ukiritimba bure kabisa.
 
Tumekusikia, lakini tatizo ni track record ya CCM. Hadithi nyingi, tamu, lakini utekelezaji zero
