Camille Cosby Responds to Husband's Sexual assault Allegations

As my "qualified commentator Cuzzo" a.k.a Nyani Ngabu, put it, (Cuzzo umelikoroga leo na utaliinywa)......lol!
It's beyond impossible to have a trial without circumstantial evidence, so most likely there will be no case, my main point was about women who're coming forward at the sunset, after all this time!
I don't think they're portrayed fairly!
Yeah,you bet! got that?

This really broke my heart. Ila kama bill alivuka kashfa ya monica na heshima yake ikasalia, i will quote my most unpopular politician 'ni upepo tu utapita'

Cuzzo...clearly you didn't follow the OJ trial closely. How old were you in 1994/95 and where were you?

In order to understand the jury's decision, first you have to know it's makeup. Second, you have to understand the history of the LAPD and its alleged police brutality against minorities. Third, you have to understand the other major trial the preceded the OJ trial, namely, the Rodney King beating and the subsequent acquittal of the officers who brutally beat him and LA riots of 1992 that ensued.

Then, you have to look at the change of venue (which I and other more qualified commentators thought it was the major reason for the acquittal). The double-murders occurred in Brentwood, which is served by the Santa Monica judicial district.

The chief prosecutor, Gil Garcetti applied for change of venue to move the trial from Santa Monica to downtown Los Angeles. Now, the demographics of these two cities at least at the time, were very different. Santa Monica was more white and affluent whereas L.A. was more diverse and more likely to find jurors who could sympathize with OJ especially after his lead attorney adroitly played the race card.

Ask any legal commentator in the US and they will tell you that many times a case is won or lost during the impaneling of the jury.

So, the mistake of moving the trial to downtown L.A., asking OJ to try on the gloves (which had probably shrunk from the time they were used by the killer), and the cross-examination of the lead detective who lied under oath that he wasn't a racist when in fact he was, throw in the Rodney King beating and the bad reputation the LAPD had, it was much easier for the defense counsels to raise enough doubt in the minds of the jurors whom 9 out 12 were African-Americans and get the acquittal.

Now you tell me, how did OJ's blood [DNA] get to the murder scene? How did the victim's blood get in OJ's car? And how come he didn't have an ironclad alibi? Can you explain the Bronco chase? Why would a man who is not guilty be a fugitive from justice?

He is now rotting in jail in Las Vegas. His status didn't help him this time. Why? You wouldn't guess it but I can - look at racial makeup of the jury that convicted. He was sentenced to jail for 33 years for something so stupid in my opinion.

Did you even know he was in jail?

So, I saw it!,....... unataka sh ngapi?!....lol!

How did you like it?

Personally I didn't like it very much because it wasn't comprehensive enough and many of the major participants weren't interviewed.

The main prosecuting attorneys - Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden weren't interviewed.

Most of the defense 'dream team' members weren't interviewed. I only saw Alan Dershowitz.

Yes, Johnnie Cochran and Robert Kardashian (Kim Kardashian's dad, did you know that?) are dead but F.Lee Bailey, Robert Shapiro and Barry Scheck are still alive. How come they weren't interviewed?

The presiding judge, Judge Lance Ito was no nowhere to be seen. I didn't see Mark Fuhrman, the racist LAPD detective nor Gil Garcetti, the LA county district attorney at the time.

It would have been nice to get the take of such folks. So I was kinda disappointed.

So Cuzzo, Nyani Ngabu, this was the case, with well,.......this case. But the glove and Mark Furhman!, completely blew is off for prosection!

And that defense team?!,....is something else!!!

Yeah, the prosecutors messed up when they asked him to try on the glove which had clearly shrunk.

And did you see how excited OJ was when he was trying it on? Hahahahaaa....

But then again, how did OJ's blood get to the murder scene and how did the victims' blood get to his Bronco?

I still think he did it and the jury just let him off the hook for some other reason(s).

That defense team was serious business. I couldn't bet against it.

.....It was okay but, I didn't like it that much either!, and that's exactly how I felt,...like it was missing something, seems like they didn't get enough people to interview?!, missing all those high profile figures, it was obviously short of something and I thought maybe because my anticipation was so high.

Johnnie Cochran and Robert Kardashian (and I just realized recently that he's Kim's dad.....strange!) Them two with other attorneys were mentioned somewhere that, they didn't have a good ending due to their connection with that case......lol!,....I was like wokey!
But yeah!, I anticipated more, and I guess the time flew!

....you know what?!, with the glove, I couldn't believe Chris Darden did it out of conscience, he knew way better what he was doing, and they're leather gloves?!, C'mon now!!!!,..... (my weird thoughts tells me he was trying to save a "brother" illegally....lol!) And OJ was haaapy!

But Cuzzo this case was,...and it's still REMARKABLY COMPLEX!
With all that evidence, yes!, he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt but! ,With Mark Fuhrman tempering with the evidence?!, and why would he go to the crime scene without a warrant?!, that tells you how boiled he was inside, with his racist self!, you'd think (he & Comp) hired someone to murder them and then plant all that evidence against OJ, knowing OJ'S domestic violence behavior and then just convince people!, and that's how good the defense team convinced me!!,....boy they were good!
