Breaking News: All shops shut down in Tanga!

As per announcements made yesterday and implemented today, all shops in Tanga city are to be kept shut until 12:00pm today!Any shop found open, a fine of Shs 50,000/= is to be paid.

The owners are required to clean the outside parts of their shops..

Does this mean, that City council now wants the shop owners to do their job(s)....???

Talk about loss in income etc!!

Kama hilo tangazo waliliundia sheria yake ndogo kwenye baraza lao la madiwani, then ni amri halali.

Ila kama tayari wanayosheria ndogo ya kusisitiza usafi, dawa sio kuwalazimisha kufunga maduka bali kuwachukulia hatua za kusheria wale ambao hawatimizi wajibu wao wa kutunza mazingira na usafi.
