Bootable Disk.

Hey guys... Ijumaa Kuu Njema.
For the time being nipo very remote area where no IT Techs but unfortunately my laptop doesn't boot at all... it just keep on restarting very soon DELL Logo inapotokea! Though it says to hit F12 for boot, but it doesn't work. Mbaya zaidi hata F8 for Safe Mode doesn't give results though nisha-tap sana hii key(F8) including, sometime holding it! And in fact, nimeshajaribu hata F5 and F11 kuangalia kama ingenisaidia to go to safe mode... but NOTHING!

I am not IT guy, and in fact, am poor in the area! Hata hivyo, nadhani nimepata kusikia kwamba Bootable Disk can solve the problem... but unfortunately, i don't have one. So, guys, please help me on how i can make bootable disk. nimejaribu some google things but failed... as i said b4, huku niliko nime-stuck.

Pamoha na hayo, let me know something. ikiwa nina Windows 7 CD (non bootable); can i use the files to create bootable disk? Natumia DELL 32bit, windows 7.

NB: HOW DID THE PROBLEM START.
Before hii disaster, nilikuwa napata msg kwamba kuna some file missing to the point some of tasks ilikuwa ngumu kufanya. Nikaamua kutaka ku-update windows but i didn't get the update option... nikaamua kutumia 7 Loader. Before sija-select what to load, nika-click Install/Remove load. Even after waiting for so long, bado ikawa tu ina-restart soon after DELL logo appears.

NB2. As I said before, am not good in these stuffs so i'd appreciate if someone explains to me with XYZ things to download if am supposed to download/install this or that.

ndiyo mkuu, nina access na pc nyingine pamoja na internet. kuhusu kupoteza mafaili kwenye local disk, in short baadhi ya mafail muhimu kabisa yapo kwenye drive D though am not sure ikiwa ordinary copying and paste to drive D or E inafanya mafaili hayo kuwa secured au ni hadi uwe umeyapeleka huko kwa staili nyingine. ingawaje baadhi pia yapo kwenye email lakini yapo mengine kwenye C ambayo ningependa kutoyapoteza ingawaje sio priority kwa sasa.

kudownload window 7 nashauri uwe na software kama vuze, utorrent, bit torrent au bit comet ambazo zinapatikana for free just google. then after installing one of these software, go to the following links (torrentbit.net au kat.ph) huko utakuta mafungu tofauti tofauti ya vitu ambavyo unaweza kudownload mfano music, movie, catoon, softwares and so on then from the seach bar type window 7 activated then zitatokea windows seven tofauti tofauti eg altimate, professional or starter. then utadownload torrent file ambayo itafunguka kwa kutumia ile program uliyokwisha iinstall kwenye mashine yako (vuze, utorrent, bittorrent or bitcomet). mara nyingi utapata window 7 ikiwa katika iso format then after download you can burn it via any burner from that iso file.
