Nna desktop hp compaq dc5750 microtower 1gbRAM, 2.20GHz dual core na 350HDD.
Ina tatizo moja huwa wakati naitumia inaleta bluescreen ina maandishi kwamba 'A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent the damege to your computer' kuna maneneo mengine mengi inaandika. Sasa wataalamu wa mambo ni nini tatizo?
 
blue screen ina maanisha ni tatizo la windows, jaribu ku repair window na kucheck disc errors
 
Some HP's partition the hard drive. have you tried tapping either F11 or F12 while booting (before it goes to the starting mode option screen)? it might take you to an HP recovery program in that partition (since windows won't load to use that recovery)

DESCRIPTION
The display intermittently exhibits corruption in the form of random vertical lines. When the issue occurs, one of the following occurs
Error message displayed: "VPU Recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics commands."
The error dialog box can be dismissed and the system continues to function.
Or

Message diplayed on blue screen: Intercepted Fatal System Error: 0x000000EA
The system must be restared to recover from this conditon.

[TD]The blue screen error only occurs on systems that do not have the ATI Catalyst Control Center (CCC) installed. CCC has a feature that prevents the blue screen error and reports the VPU Recover error instead.[/TD]

katika blue screen of of death inayotokea note "code error" lets say 0xc0000007b then ingia google type hizo code error na utapata maelezo kuhusiana na tatizo na jinsi ya kulitatua. ukishindwa nitumie hizo code nizifanyie kazi, ili tujue tabu ni nini.
 
maelezo uliyopewa ni mazuri ingawa unatakiwa kukumbuka tatizo lilianza lini labda kuna software uliweka,au ram kama ulivyoambiwa lakini graphc card tatizo ungeliona zamani mno,pia umesharepair au kuinstal hiyo OS upya au,

yah! Hiyo process niliifanya jana nlidisconect RAM, HDD, CPU, na battery memory nikaiacha kama 5hrs. Naona kama imesaidia coz toka nimeiwasha leo asubuhi ina piga kazi vizuri na iko fast kama kawaida! Kuhusu motherboard model sijui jinsi ya kuangalia ila nimeifungua ndani nikaziona hizi M2RS485-BTX.105 sina uhakika kama ni zenyewe.

Download CPU-Z 1.60 - FileHippo.com Ubonyeze Mainboard utaona jina la Motherboard yako. Kwa mfano yangu mimi ni hivi Manufacturer ( Biostar Group) Model ( P4M900-M7 FE) hiyyo ndio Motherboard yangu ( P4M900-M7 FE)

Hujamaliza kusema inaitwaje jina lake? umetoa CPU model namba yake ona hii ya kwangu inavyoitwa Biostar Group Model ( P4M900-M7 FE) hiyo uliyotoa sio motherboard ni CPU nayo ni hii hapa jina lake ( AMD Athlon II X4 631) hujatoa bado Motherboard jina lake mkuu.
