Vijana wengi wanaoanza business hapa Tz naweza sema hawana idea biashara ni nini hasa.

Nikisema hivyo baadhi wanashangaa.

Wengine wanakasirika.

Kwasababu wanaona kama vile “bright ideas” walizo nazo nazithoofisha.

La hasha, hilo si lengo langu.

Nipo hapa kwaajili yakushare uzoefu wangu kwahiyo ni vyema ukiwa na mawazo tofauti unaweza ukaongezea hapo kwenye comment section.

Mkuu asante nimejifunza mengi! nilianza biashara kwa kuweka bidhaa ambazo mimi niliona zitaifanya biashara ionekane nzuri, lakini baadaye nilikuja gundua wateja walikuwa wahitaji huduma na bdihaa nyingine kabisa, nilivyorekebisha mambo yakaanza kwenda vizuri

Ndiyo ukweli huo wengi hawaelewi

Binafsi business kadhaa nilizojaribu kuanzisha kwasababu tu nadhani “watu wataipenda” zilikufa ndani ya kipindi kifupi tu.

Kuna mdau hapo kasema yeye alianzisha business akaweka bidhaa “zinazopendezesha duka” Alidhani watu wakiona duka lake zuri watanunua kumbe watu wanataka bidhaa nyingine kabisa

Nakubaliana naulicho andika mkuu.

Kabla yakupata sales kazima kwanza umefanya ushawishi fulani huyu mteja akubali kununua toka kwako.

Hili ndilo somo langu KUU hapa JF.

Sales inakuja baada ya kufanya marketing.

Na marketing maana yake ni chochote kile unachoweza kufanya kumshawishi au kumvutia aone umuhimu wakufanya biashara na wewe.

Sasa ukifikia hatua hiyo inamaana hutosumbuka kwenye kuuza kwa huyu potential customer kwasababu tayari umeshampa reason kwanini ni muhimu kununua kwako.

Hiyo ni first stage.

Tatizo kubwa wafanyabiashara wasiofahamu kuuza wana jump moja kwa moja kumuuzia mtu bidhaa. Hapa unaweza ukauza lakini si effective in long run.

Kuhusu digital marketing? Mimi nina team ya marketing kuanzia Facebook Ad expert, Google Ads, video editor, voice talent, telemarketers, mtu kwaajili ya kuunda professional landing pages + kuhakikisha ana maintain campaign hadi potential customers wananunua product au service, copy writing expert.

Lakini inategemea client ninayemfanyia kazi anahitaji nini hasa.

Wingine yeye anataka tu apate Facebook Advertising itakayomletea kweli wateja.

Client mwingine inaweza ikawa ni kampuni ya magari wao wanataka “full package” yaani una manage department yote ya marketing. Hii ni big business na sasa hivi ndiyo nafanya kazi. Inahitaji mazungumzo ya kina na client na hata ku-sign contracts.

Uko Arusha na unafanya real estate?

Yes mimi ni real estate agent.

Ninafanya kazi na wageni wengi toka nje (au mtu yeyote yule) kuwafanikishia kununua au kupata apartments au nyumba zakupanga hapa Arusha. This is what I do almost everyday. Pia mimi ni AirBnB host kwahiyo nipo na uzoefu kwenye hili eneo.
