Hebu toeni leseni za private roads wenye plans na pesa wazijenge ili wenye haraka wachangie road toll wapite huko tuwaachie misululu yenu ya bure!!

Fikra nzuri. Nchi nyingi za ulaya wana toza ada kwa magari yanayo ingia au kupita mjini na imepunguza idadi ya magari, na pia mawetengeneza barbara kwa ajili ya mabasi tu na badhi ya barabara wameyazuia magari ya kawaida kwa ajili ya mabasi tu, hiyo ni kuwapa kipaumbele watu watumiyao public transport.

Nchi nyingi za ulaya wana toza ada kwa magari yanayo ingia au kupita mjini na imepunguza idadi ya magari, na pia mawetengeneza barbara kwa ajili ya mabasi tu na badhi ya barabara wameyazuia magari ya kawaida kwa ajili ya mabasi tu, hiyo ni kuwapa kipaumbele watu watumiyao public transport.

Hali ni mbaya tuspofanya maamuzi sahihi mapema itafikia watu kulala 4 hours na kutembea barabarani 10 hrs na kufanya kazi less than six hours

Mimi nadhani usafiri wa treni na boat kama ungebuniwa na kutumika ipasavyo foleni zingepunguwa kwa kiasi kikubwa, jambo jingine linaloleta foleni Dar ni uchache wa barabara zenyewe kwani barabara nyingi bado ni za vumbi na hazitumiki kwa kiwango sahihi, na la tatu ni mipango mji mibovu mfano kuna sababu gani ya mtu anayetoka gongolamboto kuja ubungo kupita njia ndefu namna hii kupitia buguruni wakati ingeweza kuchanwa njia moja tu gongolamboto mpaka ubungo bila kupitia tazara/buguruni, huu ni mfano tu na mapungufu haya yapo kwenye barabara nyingi tu dar.

Suala la kuwa na private roads kwa tz siyo leo wala kesho, tutasubiri sana.

Serikali ianzishe road tolls kwa magari yote yanayokuja downtown Dar. Mapato ya road tolls hizo yatachangia kupatikana kwa hela za kufanya ukarabati wa beltlines/beltways uanzishwaji wa metro trains (sio hiyo ya Mwakyembe).
Kila gari lilipe flat rate ya 500 TZS kila wakati litakapovuka toll na kuingia mjini.

Yaani tatizo la dar ni gari kuingia mjini tena bila sababu ya msingi...just imagine mwingine anaenda posta kumfuata demu wake tu!.... Sehemu yenye public transport mtu anaenda na gari ili iwe nini? Tatizo siyo barabara tatizo ni idadi ya magari.......hata uwe na barabara nyingi kiasi gani kama hutadhibiti wimbi la watu kuja n magari mjini ni kazi bure....cha msingi waboreshe public transport then ndo waanze kutoza kodi za ajabu ajabu kwenye private car ili wote tutumie public transport na wenye pesa waendelee kutuchangia kwa kulipa hiyo tozo....ila kwa mfumo huu wa baba mama na watoto kila mtu na gari lake wote wanaenda mjini na wametoka nyumba moja...foreni haiji kuisha

foleni zimewafanya watu wa dar kuwa na msongo wa mawazo stress kwa mujibu wa wanasaikolojia kwani kila alifanyalo hana raha akiwaza foleni kurudi au kwenda anapotaka.hata watoto wanaozaliwa wanaathirika na msongo toka kwa mama.

Ada kwa barabara haisaidii kupunguza wingi wa magari town,wabongo wanavyopenda sifa magari ndio yataongezeka town,cha msingi wajitokeze wadau wajenge barabara za kulipia that sit.

Mkuu aliyekuambia barabara hizi za bure ni nani ?? ..unalipia pale unaponunua mafuta ! Road toll ilikuwepo toka miaka ya nyuma, kama unakumbuka pale chalinze lilikuwepo geti la kulipia . Kulikuwa na ujanja ujanja mwingi na matokeo yake kodi ikawa haionekani serikali ikaamua kuhamishia kodi hiyo kwenye mafuta ili ilipwe kilazima yaani hata ukienda kununua mafuta ya jenereta unalipa road toll!!
Idea yako ya barabara ijengwe na kodi ikusanywe na private sector ni nzuri ,hata afrika kusini barabara zinajengwa na mapato yanasimamiwa na private sector na zimbabwe nao wanajenga toll gates kama za Rsa .

Lakini kwa nini tusifikiri nje ya box!! Hivi kwa nini kila kitu kipatikane kariakoo na posta ?? Kwanini mji wa kibaha ambao ni pori kwa kiasi kikubwa usiwe upgraded ili huduma watu wanazozifuata posta ikiwemo wizara kadhaa malls n.k. zihamishiwe sehemu ambazo zina nafasi na mji upangwe upya bila kubomoa nyumba za watu!! Mind you kuna pori kama la kisarawe ,msitu wa pande n.k yangeweza kujenga vitu vya kupromote relief kwa morogoro road.

Kwa bahati mbaya sana siasa za bongo zinadictate maswala ya kitaalamu ,

Foleni za magari dar ni artificial!! Wala hatuna magari mengi ya kutisha !! Kinachotokea hapa ni mrundikano wa huduma na vitu sehemu moja , bhaaas!!

Usijali kuhusu tatizo la barabara Dar kwa sababu ni la muda tu. Bora huko kuna tumaini la kusafiri kwa haraka one day. Je, hali ya barabara za Tanzania mashenzini unijua?

Suluhisho la kudumu ni flyover, chanzo cha foleni ni kwenye mkautano, kama makutano mengi yatakuwa yanapitika bila vikwazo basi itakuwa hakuna foleni! Pesa zipo.
