BabuLoliondo who blazed Tanzania and neighbouring countries claiming that he had a concoction that cures all deadly disease including the dreaded HIV/AIDs is preparing for the second coming.
He was the major phenomenon of 2011 and topped headlines throughout last year. Now MrAmbilikileMasapila, the so- called miracle healer of Loliondo, is preparing another major comeback but is unlikely to attract a massive following as his first show. He is however very optimistic and determined.

He was the major phenomenon of 2011 and topped headlines throughout last year. Now MrAmbilikileMasapila, the so- called miracle healer of Loliondo, is preparing another major comeback but is unlikely to attract a massive following as his first show. He is however very optimistic and determined.
A visit to his Samunge home village in the remote Sonjo plains of Sale Division of Ngorongoro District recently revealed new developments in that, the healer was busy clearing a Seven-acre plot of land and explained that he was expecting major turn out of people once he unleashes his second dream.
God has just given me another apparition and soon millions will be flocking here seeking such divine intervention for their wellbeing, said MrMasapila, but refusing to reveal what this next miracle will be all about.
MrMasapila, a retired cleric with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT), debuted into the hybrid healing world of traditional medicine mixed with religious beliefs last year and managed to attract nearly 6 million people who flocked into Sonjo plains seeking his concocted herbal brew reported to be able to cure all chronic illness.
This year, the number is likely to double that is why I am clearing a large piece of land which I bought recently so as to have a bigger area on which the multitude is to be sheltered, said MrMasapila.
Masapila now plans to erect big tents on the area, as well as install toilet facilities so that the thousands of people that he believes will be scrambling for his second version of miracle will have a place to stay.
There will be thousands and thousands of people coming to be healed but tens of thousands others will be traveling here just to witness this new form of miracle, said the former Pastor, MrMasapila.
His first miracle was a boiled drink made from local herbs and roots which once boosted with prayers, was allegedly capable of curing practically all human ailments including notorious diseases such as Cancer, Diabetes and HIV-Aids.
As the efficacy of his wonder drug continued to cause debates on many platforms, groups dealing with people infected with HIV recently caused uproar, threatening lawsuits against the healer, saying his medicine was not only a gimmick but had caused their members great pains and even deaths after they stopped taking their regular medications believing that the so-called Loliondo drink cured them.
Pastor Masapila however insisted that, his drug was efficient and that many people have testified to be healed and pointed out that, even the formal hospital treatments sometimes leave people dead.
My medicine heals but does not prevent death, said MrMasapila.
