For beginner I recommend you Learn Python first. It will teach you good coding and since it is interpreted and does memory allocation for you and type casting.

I recommend you start with Python 3 since its the latest and is incompatible with 2.x
I recommend the official tutorial for Jump Start and Book a Byte of Python by Swaroop

kama centre yenu mnafundisha hata hawa wenye umri mdogo then ningemlipia ajifunze, najua kuna some difficulties maana kuna some maths kwa mtu ambaye hata hajasoma vitu vyepesi kama factorization lazima vimpeleke kidogo... Well Kuna courses ambazo definitely zinahitaji Math za aina hiyo. Most of courses hazihitaji. Mfano ukisoma OpenGL, OpenCV, Signal Processing et al utahitaji big math. But Much of it is not necessary. So it will be my honor (and my team's honor) to Train a little boy. But two things are necessary:
1. English
2. Passion

Borland Turbo C is dead long time. Borland is no more, is acquired by Embacadero.
Compilers ambazo ni famous ni GCC (MinGW) na MSVC. Ingawa kuna zingine kama Intel compiler et al.
