2-5 years’ experience in Private sector strategic planning and policy for key sectors including agriculture, logistics, and transport.
Demonstrated ability (with successes) of carrying out evidence based research and consultation to generate consensus among stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in developing strategies/plans for agriculture sector.
Knowledge of the agriculture funding/donors in Tanzania and the East African region
Proven experience in leading teams to carry out technical studies Excellent knowledge of strategic planning and strategy development
Excellent understanding of Tanzania’s macro-economic environment Strong research and analytical capability, including extensive knowledge of relevant analytical tools, data analysis, benchmarking, and sources of data and information
Excellent report writing skills
A graduate degree in Agriculture,management,
