I want to know the qn WHY? because God is all knowing. He should have known that the guy will be the source of evil.
From your answer do you mean that God had no power to control this evil being yet he is all powerful, why should he let his little creatures being troubled by satan.

If that is the case God is not all merciful because he cannot forgive that sin.
Anyway it seems you do not have theological knowledge of these things. You just answer like a layman. Also it seems you have anthropormophic God.
