My guess:
Ku band freqs tend to have five digits and the id slot hasfive slots so no need to add a zero. I would imagine you only put the zerobecause c band freqs tend to have only 4 so the first slot is redundant so youput zero in that space.
If I might sneak in another question: When you have backedup the channel list in SRT 4922, and want to restore them after factory set,you get two options:

1. Default DB
2. Normal DB

Which option should you choose?

Most of them throw them away ati ni mzee when they are refurbishing houses or moving tenants. I got mine from a club that didn't know what to do with "that rusty metal".
About the Cband lnb that she had, at the point of rescue she had a Supermax VH-777 which looked like it had faced el nino and la nina together. I bought her a Eurostar ESCDT-700 and she was alive again.

Thanks for the reply. I dont think the Supermax has gone bad unless it has physical injuries . I saw a guy in another forum who had rescued a 6ft stored away in 1983 with an LNB ! He just dusted it and applied a rust removing agent on the LNB and it was good to go.

My journey with her....

I tightened the loose edges, straightened the bents, smoothed the dents . I fabricated arms for her, bought her an ESCDT-700 twin lnb. I gave her a much needed face paint and she became radiant, attractive and appealing all over again:

I allowed her to relax and enjoy her newly acquired status and look. After that, I set her on a mission. The first mission was to woo Paks*t which she did with ease. I then set her after Ap7 which again got with ease. IS20 also could not resist her charm! Her next mission is to have her woo two at the same time, which I know she will not disappoint.
