Seems Fashion One 4K jumped ship and is no longer on the Measat 3/3A frequency 4120 H.
Will keep an eye out for any 4K channel and report back.

The easiest is to upload into the stb using a flash. Otherwise, if you want to manually key them in and are using one of the latest SW patches (3.3. series), go to Installation>Patch Menu>Manual Key Ok> then look for them under SECA. You can add, edit, delete them there. (NB: I am not near the stb so, I could have erred in some of the above menu names, but that's the path)
