Nss12 zuku tp's were switched off yesterday

Having spent the whole day trying to track Zuku for noob practice and failing miserably. I was beginning to think my cheap Chinese HD receiver was being useless after only one month. Anyway I ended up bumping into Some Ghanian stuff (must have been 28.2 E) a bit of 68.5 East and even a Turksat promo Channel and a Live NTV-U feed during the numerous blind scans.

When is Zuku coming back or where has it migrated to?

Jayyem Zuku is on 4.8°East use 11727 H 27500. Zuku tp's on this sat are very strong

Etv Hyde Park is receivable with zuku dish. I have installed for a friend zuku today and added the Hyde Park on zuku receiver

There is a new SW patch namely: SRT4920_4922_4922A_NewGui_131p_130819.zip
You can download it on the persiangig site.

Also SW patch namely: SRT4920_131p_130819.zip available on crosat site.
According to crosat the update is QUOTE:
"New Software for SRT4920, 4922 & 4922A support 3G in some countries". UNQUOTE

Thats cool. My 90cm ought to do just fine then. Thanks for the update. Now I just have to figure out which direction to point. That far down (5 degrees) might be tricky. So just how far left or right of Eutelsat 36A/B would I have to swing?

Hi guys, Newbie question. Just how important is the LNB skew to getting the desired channel? I am reading up and it tells me some sats need negative skewing and others need positive skewing. How would I know whic direction to turn eg from 89 to -89? There are those calibrations in the part that holds the LNB I am guessing thats what guides the skew, however the only figure I see on mine is 20 with calibrations to either side.

Here are the latest HD receivers from STRONG namely: SRT 4950, SRT 4950H, & SRT 4950M.
SRT 4950 offers normal DVB-S2 HD, 2 USB ports for PVR, Wi-Fi + 3G, and an RF output.
SRT 4950H has same features as SRT 4950 plus IPTV capability.
SRT 4950M is a mini size HD with external IR sensor and external DC 12V power supply, otherwise similar to SRT
4950 in features without RF out.

Thanks Dejumbo for the info, they seem to be great receivers what's missing is the multi stream capability. We'll be waiting for a receiver with it.

On Friday I grudgingly updated my SRT 4922 software from 126p to the latest 131p (New GUI). The whole exercise
was to my surprise fast and successfull and here are my findings so far:
You no longer need to use a router for internet. You just plug your 3G Modem in the USB port and it will appear in
the IP settings. Menu icons have been re-arranged to include "Help" as a separate icon. "Flickr" is now under
"Entertainment" in addition to VK Video and RSS Reader. Picture and audio quality has been improved. For those
using CCCAM, I recommend you update your receiver to this software.
